Guardianship Program

For BUYERS who have purchased your DOG under our Guardianship Program the following terms apply:

BUYER agrees to allow BREEDER 3 (three) studs (male)/2 (two) whelps (female) from purchased DOG

BUYER agrees to not spay/neuter DOG until after BREEDER has had 2 whelps/3 studs out of said DOG (after said mating occurs BUYER is not allowed to breed DOG for BUYERS use)

BUYER will home female DOG, and BREEDER will home female DOG from 55 days into pregnancy until litter is 8 (eight) weeks of age.

BUYER agrees to allow male DOG to be used by BREEDER as needed, but only up to 3 (two) studs.

BUYER agrees to keep PUPPY/DOG on Life's Abundance all stages food throughout the agreed terms.

Breeder assumes all vet bills associated with pregnancy in female DOG, from conception through 8 (eight) weeks after whelped litter, and only 2 (two) whelps.

BREEDER will spay/neuter said dog at BREEDERS cost.

BREEDER will keep AKC Registration until 3 (three) studs/2 (two) whelps.

BREEDER will pay for Registering the PUPPY using BUYERS choice of call name with BREEDERS prefix and official name

If these terms are broken in any way, BUYER forfeits ACA/AKC Registration, breeding rights to the DOG, and BUYER will pay BREEDER $20,000 for breeding losses.
